5.2. We use secure methods to store and process your data, including encryption and secure storage on Amazon S3.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. ResumeHog provides the service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

6.2. We are not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of the generated resumes. Users should review and verify all content before use.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the United States, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada. However, this will not prevent you from seeking injunctive relief in your local jurisdiction if necessary.
